1. What this is
YourAgentCoach ("we", "us") provides 1-on-1 AI coaching services, including live build sessions, check-in calls, and ongoing support, delivered online by Aron Sarosi. These terms apply when you use our website or purchase our services.
2. What we provide
We offer personalized AI coaching tailored to your goals. The exact scope of each engagement (number of sessions, duration of support, tools used) is discussed and agreed on the discovery call before any payment is made. Coaching is educational in nature. We help you learn and build, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or results. What we do guarantee: the system we build together will work as intended, or we keep working on it until it does.
3. Booking and payment
Discovery calls are free and carry no obligation. Paid sessions are booked through our scheduling tool (Cal.eu) and payment is processed securely through Stripe. By booking a paid session, you agree to these terms.
4. Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule a paid session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund. If you are unhappy with the service, contact us and we will work to make it right. Our guarantee (your system works or we keep going until it does) stands regardless.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to show up to scheduled sessions on time, to provide honest information about your goals and situation, and to make a reasonable effort to complete any action items we agree on between sessions. If you need to reschedule, let us know as soon as possible.
6. Intellectual property
Any templates, prompts, workflows, or materials we create during our sessions are yours to keep and use. You may not resell or redistribute them. Our brand, website content, and proprietary materials remain ours.
7. Limitation of liability
We provide coaching and educational guidance. We are not liable for decisions you make based on our advice, for any third-party tools or services we recommend, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
