YourAgentCoach is operated by Aron Sarosi. Our website is youragentcoach.com. If you have any questions about how we handle your data, you can reach us at aron@youragentcoach.com.
2. What data we collect
When you fill in a form on our website, we collect: your name, your email address, and your answers to the questions on the form (AI experience level, biggest time-waster, goals, and budget range).
When you book a call, your booking details (name, email, selected time) are processed by our scheduling tool (Cal.eu).
When you pay for a session, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment data securely under their own privacy policy.
3. How we use your data
We use your information to: prepare for your discovery call, deliver the coaching service you purchased, send you relevant follow-up communication about your program, and improve our services.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Where your data is stored
Your form responses are stored in a Google Sheet accessible only to us. Your email may be added to our records for follow-up communication related to your coaching program. Session recordings (if applicable) are stored securely and shared only with you through your personal dashboard.
5. Third-party tools we use
We use the following services to operate the business. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Cal.eu (scheduling)
- Stripe (payments)
- Google Workspace (email, documents, storage)
- Notion (client dashboards)
- Make.com (form data processing)
- Google Meet (video calls)
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to: see what data we hold about you, correct any inaccurate data, delete your data entirely. Just email aron@youragentcoach.com and we will handle it promptly.
7. Cookies
Our website may use basic analytics cookies. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or retargeting.
